Nice to see an opera blog on the 'Net that is about music and NOT about that stupid Web browser of the same name
Having grown up in Cleveland we always had quite the rivalry with Pittsburgh (notably in pro football), but my visits to your fair city were always pleasant. Now that I live in Denver it's less likely that I'll see an opera there, but put on something unusual and I'll reconsider. With its brand-new opera house, Denver is doing "Norma" in February, which should be very exciting. And isn't it about time to revive Meyerbeer? I'd travel anywhere in the USA to see "Huguenots."
